CHALLENGE
Our challenge was to conduct a design audit to enhance the user journeys of the SKILLSAY application and overhaul its overall design. Through a thorough analysis, we were able to implement significant improvements that make job searching more straightforward and encourage direct and effective interaction between candidates and recruiters.

Research
During this stage, we began by analyzing the application interfaces to identify potential gaps in terms of usability and accessibility.
To gain additional perspectives, we entrusted the application to a selected group of users to observe their behavior during various tasks such as registration, profile completion, and job searching.
This study allowed us to uncover additional issues that may not have been apparent in our initial analysis. By carefully recording user feedback, we were able to document a detailed audit, including proposed improvements to user journeys, before moving on to the overall design phase of the application.

Building upon the findings from our audit, we completely reimagined everything, from the application's structure to its visual design. We also crafted prototypes to better visualize and validate the enhanced user journeys with both users and our client. Ensuring that each screen, button, and element in the application provided an intuitive and engaging experience was a key focus.
The goal was to create consistent and user-friendly interfaces, emphasizing clarity of information and accessibility throughout the design.
