CHALLENGE
Our challenge in designing the AssistMe solution was to meet the evolving needs and expectations of consumers while providing a seamless and personalized experience. We had to tackle the task of instantly connecting stores with their customers through various communication channels such as messaging and video/audio calls. Additionally, we had to adapt to the constant evolution of technology and communication platforms, providing a flexible solution compatible with the existing systems of the stores.

Research
We undertook a thorough analysis of the needs and expectations of both stores and customers regarding conversational commerce.
We conducted studies to understand current industry trends and emerging technologies. Additionally, we interviewed potential users to gather valuable insights into their preferences, purchasing behaviors, and past experiences with existing communication solutions. Simultaneously, we examined various messaging platforms and communication tools, assessing their features, user-friendliness, and integration capabilities with other systems.
This in-depth research allowed us to better understand user needs and select the most suitable solutions for the development of the AssistMe solution.

We focused on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for an optimal experience, taking into account the feedback and information gathered during the research phase.
We developed wireframes and mockups to visualize the layout of elements, navigation, and key features of our solution. We also considered responsiveness principles to ensure a consistent experience across various devices and screens. Throughout the design process, we ensured that our design was both functional, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use, providing a smooth and engaging conversational experience for both users and stores.
